Ron & Lynette Lewis

Co-founders

Ron Lewis has been a leader and innovator in humanitarian and Christian ministries for over 40 years, specializing in funding projects for the unreached, orphans, church start-ups, and youth to further God’s kingdom. His unique ability to connect vision with action has resulted in dozens of initiatives that are helping the unreached worldwide. Under Ron’s leadership, hundreds of churches have been planted in the United States and multiple nations around the world. He is the founder of Every Nation Churches of NYC and New Jersey, and King's Park International Churches in Raleigh-Durham, NC.

Lynette Lewis is an author, TEDx speaker, and business consultant, maintaining an active speaking schedule around the world. Her eclectic career has taken her from PR and fundraising at a major university to senior marketing roles at Deloitte in New York City. She is the founder of MyWhyLife.com. As an author she’s been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Post, and The Dallas Morning News, also appearing on The Today Show. A graduate of Oral Roberts University, she served for many years on its Board of Trustees, and has been active on boards for numerous other community and non-profit organizations.

Ron and Lynette host the “What Are You Thinking” video podcast, and live in New York City and Cary, NC, with their young twin daughters. They also have three grown sons, wonderful daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren.

  • Eric Syfrett, CFO

    Eric Syfrett, CPA has a Masters of Accountancy from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Certificate of Nonprofit Leadership from Duke University. Eric is the CPA and CFO of King’s Park International Church and is a consultant to many nonprofits and small businesses.

    Eric recently celebrated twenty years of marriage with Adena and is a proud father to daughters, Sarah Beth and Elena.

  • Rebecca Phillips, Operations Director

    Rebecca spent several high school years in Tehran, Iran, and then majored in International Studies at UNC, where God gave her a Romans 15:20 vision to reach those who have never heard the gospel.

    After graduating, Rebecca began full-time campus ministry with Ron Lewis, pioneering an International Student Ministry at UNC. She and her husband Darren were missionaries in Seoul, Korea and Hong Kong for 10 years, and after returning to the U.S. they started two family businesses, which Rebecca manages. They have six children (two adopted from Ethiopia) and two grandchildren.

  • Sam Douglass, Executive Coach & Trainer for the Unreached

    Dr. Sam Douglass earned a Doctorate in Missiology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, where he focused his doctoral work in Cross Cultural studies. He uses his skills and talents as a coach to help JLM missionaries, leaders and church planters to spread the gospel among the needy and unreached.

    As a father of six and grandfather of fourteen, Sam is pro-family and is a gifted communicator. His burden for “reaching the unreached” has been the driving force as his ministry has taken him to continents and countries where the gospel is under the radar, including many of the dangerous places of the world.
