Across the Muslim world, JLM is active in sponsoring and helping works in Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan and Iraq. In one country, the Jesus Film was shown to 60,175 people; with 13,771 saved; 4,050 baptized; 331 House Churches started by key leaders with significant influence. In another, the film was shown to 9,929 people; with 5,869 saved; 1,543 baptized; 127 Churches started. In Syria and Jordan we are sponsoring an evangelist (a Muslim background believer) who is actively working among the thousands of Syrian refugees. Underground house churches have started and disciples are being made by the hundreds!

P A K I S T A N

Over the past three years we have worked closely with Pastor S and his ministry team to reached the unreached in a nation that was listed as #5 on the Open Doors World Watch List of the top 50 countries where it is the most dangerous to follow Jesus. In the midst of persecution, we have helped to start 1,700 underground house churches and in the past three months over 175 new churches were birthed through an exciting new water pump project!  In 2019 we will continue to drill new water pumps at a lower cost of $200 per pump in many situations.

I N D I A

In India we are excited that our first church building is almost completed. The strategy for helping to build a church is important for reaching unreached people groups across this nation. In 2019 we will be launching a new initiative to invest $500 to provide the roof for each church while the local believers will make the bricks to keep the cost down. This will allow churches to be built more quickly as the Gospel is expanding rapidly in this nation despite increasing persecution from Hindu radicals. We will also be expanding our Water Pump Project to India in 2019 at a cost of $200 per pump, with some exceptions due to drilling depths.
