Light in the Darkness

Dear Friends of Jordan Lewis Missions,

Last month Pastor Ron shared an urgent prayer request with you regarding our coworker Mr. Kim Won Ho, who was kidnapped by the North Korean government on March 28th while ministering along the China/NK border. We still don’t know his fate but believe he was falsely accused of an assassination attempt against their leader Kim Jong Un.

Below is a picture of Mr. Kim. Please continue to pray for him and his family as well as the thousands of others who have been detained, imprisoned, tortured and executed for their faith in Christ.

Despite these challenges our ministry partner, Pastor Simon, has become more passionate about reaching the lost in North Korea. Next month JLM will help host three North Koreans from his team for a training event at King’s Park International Church. These leaders will be equipped to evangelize, plant churches and bring the Gospel to the unreached people of North Korea, China and other parts of the world.

In order to bring these North Koreans to the USA, we need to raise $2,600 per person for airfare, housing, transportation and food. We also want to help Pastor Simon and his team care for Mr. Kim’s family and provide much needed resources to continue the ministry of preaching the Gospel in North Korea.

Please give $25, $50, $100 or more to make a difference today!

As friends of Jordan Lewis Missions, you are also invited to a special event Saturday evening, June 18th from 7:00-8:00 PM in the King’s Park sanctuary.

Come hear from North Koreans and Chinese believers who have faced great persecution for their faith in Christ and learn how you can make a difference by partnering with JLM to see the Gospel preached to those who have never heard. If you have any questions about this event or would like to learn how you can help, please contact me at [email protected]. To learn more about JLM please visit:

Thank you and God Bless you!
